Dolby Atmos goes beyond the ordinary listening experience and puts you inside the song in a spatial way. This format is quite new for music but we do think it has a great potential since it also work surprisingly well on headphones. An Atmos mix can be created from stems if it´s not mixed from ground up in Dolby Atmos.
There is always scepticism when a new format arrives but same rules apply as with stereo mixes. A good mix/master will always stand out and catch the listeners attention.
